Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location for shopping and dining, easy parking, easy check in, safe (security staff on site) comfortable beds and nice living room furniture, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes, stove, large fridge, quiet and reasonable prices. The suites are very large. I highly recommend staying here. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to visit Naples. I love this property.
Needed a last minute hotel for the night for me and my 9yo son. And this place came in clutch!!!! Although I wish they gave it to me for the listed price of $67, they gave it to me for $89 for 2 queens. But I’d still recommend this place. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the complementary breakfast was yummy. 10/10
The only issue I had was waiting several hours to transfer rooms seems clean has been my home away from home on several trips. It is a 30-45 min drive from beaches, shopping centers, movies, downtown and not a wide variety of dining surrounding it. Is walking distance to waffle house and Cracker Barrel.
The hotel is very clean and smells good. Our family visited the Great Wolf Lodge again and decided to rent a nearby hotel to save money by not staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and we made a great decision! This hotel is only 6 minutes away, the price was affordable and it offers free breakfast!!!! The front desk rep that checked us in was impatient when asked to repeat the info he stated. He seemed it bit bothered which wasn't good customer service. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and we weren't advised about this when before checking in. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind staying again in the future!
